The Application Header

Header structure:

1. "Кому" (To) — recipient (director or chairman)
2. "От кого" (From) — sender (owner or tenant)

The "Кому" line is always in the dative case:

Common Mistakes

1. Wrong case — "Директору" (dative) vs "Директора" (accusative). Always use dative: "Директору", "Председателю".
2. Informal company name — "Управляющей компании" instead of the official name from the contract.
3. Extra preposition — "На имя директора" instead of just "Директору".
