What the salary calculator estimates
The calculator helps estimate salary by monthly pay, daily rate or hourly rate. You can choose the month, schedule, holidays, actual hours and income tax rate.
How partial monthly salary is estimated
For a partial month, the tool calculates the workday or hour norm from the calendar and schedule, then multiplies the day or hour price by actual work.
How weekends and holidays are handled
Holidays can follow the Russian production calendar, be disabled, or be edited manually. If the employee worked on a day off or holiday, use the separate status and pay multiplier.
Gross and net pay
Gross amount means pay before income tax. Net pay is an estimate after income tax and listed deductions. Payroll results may differ because of benefits, sick leave, vacation pay, progressive brackets and employer rules.
FAQ
How do I calculate salary for a partial month?

The norm is based on the selected schedule and calendar. Russian holidays are enabled for RU by default and can be edited.
Can I disable holidays?
Yes. Turn off Russian holidays or clear the manual holiday settings.
Can I calculate a 2/2 shift schedule?
Yes. Choose 2/2 and set the cycle start date. Every day can still be edited manually.

Yes. Use gross to net or net to gross mode.
Why can the result differ from payroll?
Payroll may include deductions, benefits, leave, sick pay, contracts, company policies and local legal rules.
